Discover Jordan
Jordan is a land where ancient history, natural beauty, and warm hospitality blend to create an unforgettable travel experience. This captivating kingdom in the heart of the Middle East is a treasure trove of wonders, each offering a unique perspective on the country's rich cultural tapestry.
Petra, the legendary "Rose City," is undoubtedly Jordan’s crown jewel. Carved into pink sandstone cliffs over 2,000 years ago by the Nabataeans, Petra’s grandeur begins with the walk through the narrow Siq, which opens dramatically onto the iconic Treasury. The entire archaeological park is a wonderland of tombs, temples, and ancient stairways, making it a paradise for explorers and history lovers.
The Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth, offers a surreal and healing escape. Floating effortlessly in its mineral-rich waters is a must-do experience, and the therapeutic black mud is renowned for its skin-rejuvenating properties. The surrounding resorts offer modern comfort with stunning views across the salty waters toward the hills of Jerusalem.
Wadi Rum, often called the Valley of the Moon, is a majestic desert landscape of red sand dunes, towering rock formations, and ancient petroglyphs. Whether you’re stargazing from a Bedouin camp, riding a camel across the dunes, or off-roading in a 4x4, the beauty and silence of Wadi Rum evoke a profound connection to nature and tradition.
Jordan's charm lies not just in its iconic sites but in the spirit of its people, who welcome travelers with open arms and endless stories. From savouring traditional Mansaf to wandering through Roman ruins in Jerash or catching a golden sunset over the desert, every moment in Jordan feels like a step through history with the comforts of today.

Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, complete your immigration and customs formalities before being warmly welcomed by our local representative. Look out for a friendly face holding a placard with your name, ready to assist you as you begin your unforgettable journey through the heart of Jordan.
Kickstart your Jordanian journey with a scenic descent through the dramatic contours of the Great Rift Valley, arriving at the fabled Dead Sea—the planet’s lowest dry point. En route, pause to savor authentic Jordanian flavors at a local eatery (meal at your own expense). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel nestled along the tranquil shores. Spend the afternoon floating effortlessly in the dense, salty waters, or indulge in a rejuvenating mud wrap with the famous Dead Sea black mud, cherished for its healing qualities.
Nestled at the lowest point on Earth, the Dead Sea is a surreal natural marvel where land, sky, and water meet in striking harmony. Known for its intensely salty waters—over ten times saltier than the ocean—this ancient lake allows you to float effortlessly on its surface, a sensation unlike any other on the planet.
Rich in healing minerals, the Dead Sea has drawn travelers for thousands of years—from Cleopatra to modern wellness seekers—who come to soothe their skin with its legendary black mud and bask in its rejuvenating waters. Surrounded by dramatic desert landscapes and sun-drenched cliffs, it's not just a place for relaxation, but a living testament to the Earth’s geological and historical wonders.
Whether you're soaking in its tranquil waters, indulging in a therapeutic spa treatment, or simply watching the sunset paint golden hues across the water, the Dead Sea offers a truly unforgettable experience. As the sun dips over the horizon, unwind and enjoy dinner at the hotel on direct payable basis.
Overnight at Dead Sea Hotel.
After breakfast at dead sea hotel, leave behind the serene waters of the Dead Sea and journey south toward the awe-inspiring wilderness of Wadi Rum — often called the “Valley of the Moon.” As the terrain shifts from arid mountains to sprawling desert, stop for lunch at a local eatery (at your own cost), where you can sample authentic Jordanian flavors.
Upon reaching Wadi Rum, step into an otherworldly realm of rust-colored dunes and towering sandstone cliffs. Embark on an exhilarating Sand Dune Jeep Safari through this cinematic landscape, famously featured in films like The Martian and Lawrence of Arabia.
As the sun dips below the horizon, the desert comes alive with a different kind of magic. Enjoy a traditional Bedouin-style dinner, complete with local music and stories shared by the fire. Tonight, retreat to a futuristic Bubble Tent — a transparent dome offering uninterrupted views of the starlit sky. Sleeping beneath the constellations in the silent vastness of the desert is not just a stay, but a memory etched for a lifetime.
Bubble tents in Wadi Rum offer a truly unique and immersive way to experience the Jordanian desert. These futuristic, transparent dome-like structures allow guests to sleep under the stars while enjoying the comfort and amenities of a luxury tent. With transparent ceilings and walls (often UV-protected), bubble tents provide panoramic views of the desert sky, making them ideal for stargazing in one of the clearest skies in the world. Many bubble tents are set against striking red sand dunes and majestic rock formations — offering guests cinematic views directly from their beds.
Savor an authentic desert dinner prepared using age-old Bedouin cooking techniques, served under the stars at your traditional tented camp.
Overnight at Wadi Rum Tent.
Wake up to a traditional Bedouin breakfast served amidst the quiet desert calm. After soaking in the morning serenity of Wadi Rum, set off on a captivating drive toward Aqaba — Jordan’s gateway to the Red Sea.
As the red sands give way to sparkling turquoise waters, step into a different world. Wander through lively souks filled with fragrant spices and handcrafted treasures, or simply unwind along the golden coastline. For the adventurous, optional activities like coral reef snorkeling, jet skiing, or a ride on a glass-bottom boat reveal the marine magic hidden beneath the surface.
Enjoy a leisurely lunch at a seaside restaurant (on your own), savoring fresh seafood with views of the distant Sinai and Saudi coastlines. As the sun begins to dip, return to the desert, carrying a slice of the sea back with you.
Experience the true taste of Wadi Rum with a traditional dinner crafted over open flames, as the desert sky glows with starlight.
Overnight at Wadi Rum Tent.
Wake up to a tranquil desert morning and enjoy a hearty traditional Bedouin breakfast at your tented camp. Afterward, leave the golden sands of Wadi Rum behind as you set out for the iconic city of Petra — Jordan’s crown jewel and a UNESCO World Heritage Site carved into rose-colored cliffs.
En route, pause for an optional local lunch (direct payment) before entering the legendary Nabataean city. This afternoon, embark on a captivating guided tour that winds through the narrow, towering Siq to unveil the awe-inspiring façade of the Treasury. Continue your exploration past ancient rock-cut tombs, temples, and amphitheaters that echo stories of a lost civilization.
Hidden behind a narrow canyon of towering red sandstone, Petra emerges like a dream from the desert—an ancient city carved entirely into rock, once forgotten and now celebrated as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
Founded by the Nabataeans over 2,000 years ago, Petra was a thriving crossroads of trade and culture. As you walk through the mysterious Siq—a winding gorge flanked by cliffs rising up to 80 meters — the first glimpse of the Treasury (“Al-Khazneh”) feels almost mythical, its intricate façade glowing pink at sunrise and golden by sunset.
But Petra is far more than just the Treasury. It's a labyrinth of royal tombs, weather-worn temples, hidden stairways, and ancient theaters, each echoing with the whispers of a lost civilization. For the curious and the brave, a climb to the Monastery (“Ad-Deir”) rewards with breathtaking views and a sense of timeless awe.
Petra is not just a destination—it’s a journey into history, mystery, and wonder. Every stone here tells a story, waiting for you to listen.
Later, take time to wander the magical surroundings of Petra at your own pace. In the evening, delve into the charm of the town and sample authentic Jordanian flavors with dinner at a local eatery (on your own).
Overnight at Petra Hotel.

Accompanied by your expert guide, venture along ancient trails carved into rose-red rock. Climb to the majestic Monastery (Ad Deir) for panoramic desert views, or hike the rugged path to the High Place of Sacrifice, where Nabataean rituals once echoed through the hills.
Discover hidden marvels such as the Street of Facades, The Lion Triclinium, or the serene Garden Tombs, far from the usual crowds. Every stone here whispers stories of a once-thriving civilization. Break for lunch and dinner at your leisure in local eateries—perhaps try a traditional mansaf or spicy zarb as you soak in the flavors of Jordan. Return in the evening filled with wonder, your soul stirred by one of the world’s great archaeological wonders.
Overnight at Petra Hotel.
After a hearty breakfast in Petra, journey back to the dynamic capital city of Amman, where ancient heritage meets modern vibrance. Savor local flavors as lunch and dinner will be on your own at authentic Jordanian restaurants scattered across the city.
Overnight at Amman Hotel.
After breakfast at your hotel, set out on a journey through the layers of Amman’s fascinating history and dynamic present. Begin at the ancient Citadel, perched atop Jabal al-Qala’a, where panoramic city views frame centuries-old relics. Wander through the ruins of the Temple of Hercules and explore the Jordan Archaeological Museum, home to some of the world’s oldest known statues.
Continue to the grand Roman Theatre, an iconic 2nd-century structure still used for performances today. Visit the striking blue-domed King Abdullah I Mosque—an architectural symbol of modern Islamic Jordan. Later, dive into the sensory delights of downtown Amman. Meander through bustling souks, where the scent of spices fills the air and local artisans sell handmade crafts, antiques, and colorful textiles. Savor lunch and dinner independently at one of the city’s many acclaimed Jordanian eateries—perhaps trying dishes like mansaf, magloubeh, or freshly grilled kebabs.
This immersive day offers a deep connection to both the ancient soul and contemporary pulse of Jordan’s capital.

Travel Tips
Before you go

Visa on Arrival & Jordan Pass
Most nationalities can get a visa on arrival, but it’s smarter to buy the Jordan Pass before you land—it waives visa fees and includes entry to over 40 top attractions (like Petra, Jerash, Wadi Rum).
Learn a Few Arabic Phrases
A simple “Shukran” (thank you) or “Salam Alaikum” (peace be upon you) goes a long way in earning local respect and hospitality.
Cultural Sensitivity
Jordan is a modern yet conservative country. Dress modestly—especially in rural areas or religious sites. Women should carry a scarf for entering mosques.

Packing Essentials

Layered Clothing
Jordan’s desert climate can be scorching by day and chilly by night—especially in Wadi Rum and Petra. Pack light layers, sun protection, and a good windbreaker.
Proper Footwear
From rocky trails in Petra to the slippery shores of the Dead Sea, sturdy hiking shoes and waterproof sandals are essentials.
Reusable Water Bottle
Tap water isn’t generally drinkable, but you’ll find filtered water stations in hotels and eco-camps. Reduce plastic waste by carrying your own bottle.

While You’re There

Friday is Holy
Friday is the weekly day of prayer and rest. Many shops, government offices, and attractions open late or remain closed—plan accordingly.
Tipping is Expected
Tipping (called “baksheesh”) is customary in restaurants, hotels, and even to drivers or local guides. A few dinars can go a long way in appreciation.
Bargain—Politely
In souks and with taxi drivers, bargaining is part of the culture—but always with a smile. Don’t over-haggle; it’s about building rapport.
Wi-Fi & SIM Cards
Free Wi-Fi is common in hotels and cafes, but for consistent access, buy a local SIM (Zain or Orange) at the airport for cheap data plans.

Getting Around

Use Careem or Uber in Cities
While taxis are everywhere, Careem (the Middle Eastern Uber) is more reliable and lets you avoid haggling over fares.
Self-Driving is Safe—But Desert Smart
Road trips in Jordan are scenic and doable, but ensure you refuel often and have Google Maps downloaded offline. Desert roads have few services.

Hidden Gems to Explore

Try Petra by Night
A magical candlelit experience with traditional music in front of the Treasury. Only on Mon, Wed, and Thu—book early.
Mujib Biosphere Reserve
Adventure seekers should try canyoning in Wadi Mujib, often called the “Grand Canyon of Jordan”. Open only in warmer months.
Eat Like a Local
Skip international chains and try local dishes like mansaf (Jordan’s national dish), zarb (Bedouin BBQ), and kunafa (sweet cheese pastry).

Cultural Etiquette

Ask Before Taking Photos
Especially of locals—many are happy to pose if asked first, but always respect privacy, especially of women and elders.
Hospitality is Sacred
If a local invites you in for tea or a meal, it’s a sign of deep respect. Accepting it (even briefly) is considered an honor.
