Philippines, An Archipelago
The Philippines is a stunning archipelago of over 7,000 islands, each with its own story to tell. From the powdery shores of Boracay to the emerald waters of El Nido, natural beauty thrives in every corner. Thrill-seekers can swim alongside gentle whale sharks in Oslob or trek through the scenic highlands of Ifugao. The nation’s rich tapestry of history reflects a blend of indigenous roots and colonial influences. Bustling cities like Manila pulse with energy and modern culture, while quiet villages offer a glimpse into laid-back island life. Warmth isn’t just in the climate—it’s in the people, known for their heartfelt hospitality. Whether you’re snorkelling vibrant reefs, wandering ancient churches, or savouring street food, the Philippines invites you to dive into a world of wonder.

As you arrive at Manila International Airport, our courteous local representative will be there to greet you with a warm welcome and provide seamless assistance with your hotel transfer. Manila, the heart of the Philippines, is a captivating city where tradition and modernity converge—offering a rich mix of Spanish-era charm and contemporary energy. From vibrant street scenes and animated markets to an eclectic nightlife and cultural sites, the city promises an engaging introduction to the country. After checking in at your hotel, enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure—whether to unwind or begin your exploration.
Later, consider treating yourself to a delightful dinner at a traditional Filipino eatery for an authentic culinary experience, or opt for a familiar meal at a local Indian restaurant—both available at your own expense.
Overnight at Manila hotel.
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before setting out on a thrilling full-day trip to the stunning Pagsanjan Falls, including a traditional Filipino lunch along the way. Located roughly 110 kilometers, or about two hours’ drive, south of Manila, the charming town of Pagsanjan is famous for its breathtaking landscapes and adventurous river rides.
Gear up for an exciting “shoot the rapids” experience aboard a time-honored dugout canoe, skillfully guided by two expert boatmen. You’ll journey upstream through dramatic gorges, navigate rocky terrain, and pass through dense tropical jungle until you reach the spectacular Pagsanjan Falls.
Once there, take a refreshing swim in the cool waters or climb aboard a bamboo raft that floats behind the cascading waterfall, unveiling a secret cave hidden within. The highlight of the day is undoubtedly the canoe ride—first paddling upstream to the falls, then enjoying a heart-racing downstream trip through 14 rapids that will leave you exhilarated.
After this unforgettable adventure, return to Manila and relax at your hotel. Dinner is at your leisure, with plenty of local restaurants nearby to choose from at your own expense.
