Srilanka, Pearl of Indian Ocean
Sri Lanka, often called the "Pearl of the Indian Ocean," is a captivating island nation known for its stunning landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and warm hospitality. From golden beaches and lush tea plantations to ancient temples and wildlife safaris, Sri Lanka offers a diverse range of experiences. Whether you're exploring the historic city of Kandy, relaxing in the coastal town of Bentota, or witnessing elephants in Minneriya National Park, this tropical paradise promises unforgettable memories for every kind of traveler.
Sri Lanka is also home to eight UNESCO World Heritage Sites, showcasing its deep-rooted history and architectural marvels. The country's vibrant festivals, flavorful cuisine, and scenic train journeys through the highlands add a unique charm to the overall travel experience.

Upon arrival in Sri Lanka, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative who will assist you with your private transfer to the cultural capital, Kandy. On the way, enjoy a stop at the renowned Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a sanctuary for orphaned and injured elephants. Watch as these gentle giants are lovingly cared for by devoted handlers—see them fed, guided to the nearby river, and joyfully splashing around during their daily bath time.
Continue your scenic journey through lush landscapes and rolling hills toward Kandy, a city steeped in tradition and surrounded by natural beauty. As the last royal capital of Sri Lanka, Kandy boasts a rich heritage and is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city's charm lies in its serene lake, verdant valleys, and mist-covered mountains.
Kandy City Tour Highlights:
• Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), one of the most revered pilgrimage sites for Buddhists worldwide.
• Explore the Gem Museum, where you can learn about Sri Lanka’s globally renowned gemstone industry and admire dazzling displays of sapphires, moonstones, and more.
In the evening, immerse yourself in the spirit of Sri Lankan tradition by attending a colorful cultural dance performance, featuring rhythmic drumming, vibrant costumes, and lively choreography.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel.
Today’s journey takes you through some of Sri Lanka’s most scenic and culturally rich locations. Begin with a visit to the enchanting Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, renowned for its expansive collection of flora. Spanning 147 acres, this lush paradise is home to more than 300 varieties of orchids, along with a vast array of medicinal plants, spices, and majestic palm avenues. It’s a haven for nature enthusiasts and attracts over a million visitors annually.
Continue onwards to the picturesque town of Nuwara Eliya, often referred to as the “City of Lights.” Nestled amidst misty hills and tea-covered slopes, Nuwara Eliya exudes a charming colonial ambiance. With its cool climate and serene landscape, it’s no wonder the British once considered it their favourite hill station, earning it the nickname “Little England.” Stroll past the quaint brick post office, admire the elegant Hill Club, or imagine the days of yore at the historic golf course and horse racing track.
On your city tour, discover the highlights of Nuwara Eliya, including Victoria Park, the peaceful Gregory Lake — perfect for a boat ride or leisurely walk — and the clear trout streams. Visit a working tea estate to see how world-famous Ceylon tea is produced, and perhaps enjoy a warm cup fresh from the source. Optional stops include Seetha Eliya Temple, believed to be linked to the Ramayana legend, and Hakgala Botanical Gardens, a serene retreat filled with vibrant blooms and tranquil ponds, set against a cool mountain backdrop.
Conclude your day with a delightful dinner back at your hotel.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before heading out to explore the coastal charm of Bentota — often called the "City of Golden Beaches".
This sun-kissed destination invites you to unwind by the sea, letting the soft golden sands and gentle waves wash your worries away. Spend your day basking in the tropical sun or taking a refreshing dip in the ocean. For the adventure-seekers, Bentota offers a wide array of thrilling water sports — from jet skiing to windsurfing — making it a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement by the beach.
Enjoy a relaxing dinner at your hotel in Bentota, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from, perfect after a day of exploration.
Overnight at Bentota hotel.
Start your day with a delightful breakfast at your hotel before heading out to explore the charm of Bentota. Begin your tour with a serene boat safari along the tranquil Madhu River, where you'll drift past lush mangrove forests, tiny islands, and glimpses of traditional village life. This peaceful ride offers a perfect blend of relaxation and nature exploration.
Next, visit the famous Turtle Hatchery — an inspiring conservation project run by the Wildlife Protection Society since 1981. Witness the fascinating process of turtle conservation, from hatchlings swimming in care tanks to their eventual release into the ocean, usually under the cover of night for safety. It's a touching and educational experience that connects you with Sri Lanka’s rich coastal ecosystem.
Return to your hotel in the evening and savor a delightful dinner featuring a selection of local and international cuisine, served in a serene beachfront setting.
Overnight at Bentota hotel.
Begin your morning with a sumptuous breakfast at your hotel before setting out to explore the dynamic city of Colombo — Sri Lanka’s bustling commercial hub and cultural melting pot.
Colombo is a city where the old meets the new. Its skyline is a blend of gleaming skyscrapers and colonial-era architecture, reflecting the Portuguese, Dutch, and British influences alongside Buddhist stupas, Hindu kovils, mosques, and churches. The city pulses with life — from its lively streets and coastal promenades to its tranquil parks and heritage landmarks.
Your city tour may take you to iconic locations such as the breezy Galle Face Green, the charming Viharamahadevi Park, and the historically rich Fort district and Lotus Tower. Discover cultural treasures at the National Museum and pause at the Independence Memorial Hall. You'll also pass through the financial heart of Colombo, where the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center rise above the Old Parliament Building.
End your day with a retail therapy session at Colombo’s best shopping spots, such as Odel, House of Fashion, Noritake, and Majestic City — offering everything from branded clothing to local handicrafts at great value.
In the evening, return to your hotel in Colombo and enjoy a delectable dinner, offering a blend of traditional Sri Lankan flavors and international favorites.
